Performed onsite Break/Fix repair for device with cracked LCD display. Removed damaged LCD assembly and installed replacement LCD. Reassembled the unit, powered on successfully, and completed full diagnostic testing with all components passing. System is fully operational and returned to the end user.

The customer escorted me to the work area and I verified the serial number (9876) of the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga Gen 4 laptop. The issue was that some keys on the keyboard were not functioning. I replaced the C cover with keyboard part, then powered on the system and successfully ran and passed diagnostic testing. The unit rebooted to the operating system without issue. Confirmed functionality with the customer and received confirmation of resolution. System released from site.

The customer escorted me to the computer work area where I verified the device serial number. The system was experiencing POST error messages. I replaced the system board, updated the BIOS time and date, and successfully branded the new motherboard. After reassembly, the unit powered on and completed all diagnostic tests successfully. The machine booted into Windows without error. Verified full system functionality — no additional faults found. Issue resolved and unit returned to service. Released from site.
